Walking Coach Training Program

Learn to lead others in physical activity, or just add to your own exercise knowledge. This Manitoba Fitness Council Course covers Walking Clubs, Basic Stretching, Activities of Daily Living and Body Weight Strengthening.

This Course is offered both in person and online. 

TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES 

6 hour In-person workshop for walking and everyday exercises

WALKING IS THE BEST ACTIVITY FOR THOSE LOOKING TO GET STARTED WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY! 

REGULAR BRISK WALKING CAN HELP YOU: 

MANAGE VARIOUS CONDITIONS, INCLUDING HEART DISEASE, STROKE, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, CANCER AND TYPE 2 DIABETES. IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS.
