Exercise Theory Course by Distance Education
Learn the basic theory behind fitness classes including leadership, health and fitness, anatomy, physiology, applied movement mechanics, principles of training, Exercise analysis & Risk Management, body composition, Program planning, workout design and basic nutrition. This course will give you the knowledge to proceed to the practical modules.
This course is required in order to take any of the MFC Certification Courses.
** This is a self-study course. You will be provided the course materials and manual on the next business day, it is then your responsibility to study and read through all the materials and manual. We do have pre-recorded webinars and a study guide (which are included with the course) to help you through this distance education course. You have up to 6 months to study for this course, the exam is required to be completed by 6 months from your start date.
