• Open to everyone — not just MFC members!
• Buy a Merry FITMASS t-shirt or tank top to receive one free entry into the challenge.
• The challenge runs December 8-20, 2025, featuring a different daily activity each day.
• Complete all challenge activities to earn one entry into the MFC Merry
  FITMASS Christmas Gift Basket draw!
• Rural leaders: We will cover shipping costs on Merry FITMASS shirts from today until December 8.
• To get an extra entry, participants can submit a photo of themselves leader wearing the Merry FITMASS shirt.
