FITT Happens: The Good, the Bad, and the Outdated in Resistance Training

We’ve all learned the basic recommendations for resistance training—but how well do those recommendations hold up against the latest research? This presentation revisits the FITT principle and examines what recent evidence tells us about the frequency, intensity, time, and type of resistance training. We’ll explore which recommendations remain well supported, which have been challenged, and which may be due for an update.

This Webinar will be recorded and can be sent out after the event as well as purchased in our store after the event.
